QLD Residential · Founding 10

Quote any QLD lawn before you leave the shed.

Type in an address. MowingMate pulls the land size, an aerial photo with the boundaries drawn on, and the slope of the block. Then it estimates the job at your pace, not some average mower's.

10 free lookups on the free plan. No card to look around.

The problem

Every drive-out quote is an unpaid job.

Thirty to sixty minutes in the ute. Fuel. A walk around the block. A number scribbled on a card. And half the time, they go with someone else. Quote five lawns a week and you're giving away a full afternoon, every week, for free.

30–60 min in the ute Fuel each way Walk the block Half of them say no

How it works

Address in. Quote out.

01

Enter the address.

Any house address in Queensland. That's the whole input.

02

See the block.

Land size, an aerial with the boundaries drawn on, and the slope of the land — the thing no street photo ever shows you.

03

Get your number.

Calibrate once to your mower, your pace and your pricing. Every estimate after that is yours, not a guess off an average.

Before / After

The ute stays parked until the job is won.

After · from the shed

Enquiry comes in. You type the address, see the block from above, check the slope, send your number in minutes. The ute stays parked until the job is won.

Before · the drive-out

Enquiry comes in. You drive out, walk the block, guess the slope from the footpath, quote on the spot, drive home. Won or lost, the trip cost you an hour.

Drag to compare

The differentiator

Tuned to the way you mow.

A push mower on a sloped quarter-acre is a different job than a zero-turn on flat ground. MowingMate lets you set your own speeds, rates and margins, so the estimate that comes out is the one you'd have given after walking the block — without walking the block.

And it doesn't stay put. Put in what each job actually took against what it predicted, and the estimates keep pulling in toward your real numbers. The tool gets better at your work the longer you do your work.

The math

One saved trip pays for the year.

A drive-out quote costs you 30–60 minutes plus fuel. Call it $40–$70 of your time, per quote, won or lost. A founding spot is $2 a month. Skip one drive-out and you've covered the whole first year with change left over.

Honest scope

Built for QLD houses. On purpose.

MowingMate runs on Queensland government property data, so right now it covers QLD residential addresses — houses, not units or strata. If that's your patch, this was built for you. If it isn't, I'd rather tell you now than take your money.

Founding member offer

FAQ

Straight answers.

What counts as a lookup?

One address analysed. Type in a property, get its land size, aerial with boundaries and slope — that's one lookup. Re-opening an address you've already run doesn't cost you another.

What do you want from a founding member?

Your honest evaluation. Use it on real enquiries, tell me where the number lands wrong, where the interface annoys you, and what you'd need before you'd recommend it to another mower. That feedback is the reason the price is $2 instead of $19.

What happens after the 12 months?

You move onto whichever tier suits your volume, at half price, for as long as you stay a customer. Founding members don't get moved back to full price — ever.

Does it work outside Queensland?

Not yet. QLD government property data powers it, so QLD only for now. Other states are on the roadmap as the data allows.

What about units and townhouses?

It's built for standalone houses. Put in a unit address and you'll still get the aerial and the boundaries drawn on — but that's the whole complex, not your patch of it. Unless you already know which lawn is yours to mow, the number won't tell you much. Strata and unit complexes don't publish the per-dwelling data a reliable estimate needs, and I'd rather say no than hand you a bad number.

How accurate is it?

As accurate as you make it. Out of the gate it estimates off your calibration — your mower, your pace, your rate. From there it gets sharper the more you feed it: put in what the job actually took against what it predicted, and the estimates pull in toward your real numbers. After fifty finished jobs you're quoting off your own history instead of anyone's average.

Does it replace final quoting?

It replaces the drive-out, not your judgment. You still set and send the final price — you just do it from home, with the block in front of you.

Do I need any tech skills?

If you can type an address, you can use MowingMate.

Stop paying for quotes with your afternoons.
